Free Second Opinion on a Failed Foundation Certification
If a report doesn’t look right to you, call us. We’ll look at it for free.
What This Is
Foundation certifications for manufactured homes are what we do every day, across North Carolina, under HUD’s Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing.
If a report comes back failed, the question is almost always the same: what exactly is wrong, and is it actually required? That can be a hard question to get answered. Sometimes a report is just a list of items with no explanation attached.
Send us the report and we’ll read it. You’ll get a plain-language answer on what it says and whether the items on it are things the guides require. There is no charge for that, and no obligation attached to it.
How It Works
- Send the report and any photos you have — or just call
- A licensed North Carolina engineer reads it
- You get a straight answer, in plain language
What We Can and Can’t Tell You
A report review is an opinion, not an inspection. We can tell you whether what’s written lines up with the standards. We cannot certify a home we haven’t been to. The only way to guarantee an outcome is an on-site inspection by a licensed engineer — so treat this as a second set of eyes, not a decision.
North Carolina only. That is where we are licensed to work.
If the report holds up, that is your answer and you are done. If you want us to do the certification, that’s a separate inspection, and we’ll set it up when you’re ready.
Send Us the Report
Call us, or if it is easier to send the report first, use the form and we will come back to you.
